A New Zealand agency, built by people who coach.
Evolve Sports Agency Limited was incorporated in New Zealand in 2025 to do one thing well: give footballers and coaches here the representation and the record they need to be taken seriously anywhere.
Why we exist
Talent here is not the problem.
New Zealand football has never been short of players. What it has been short of is infrastructure around them — a clear development pathway once the age-group system ends, an evidence trail a foreign club will trust, and someone whose job it is to make the phone calls.
Most players who miss out do not miss out on ability. They miss out because nobody was managing the two years before the opportunity arrived, or because the approach went to the wrong club at the wrong point in its season.
We built the agency around fixing that specific gap. It is why the development work and the platform matter as much to us as the placements do — the placements are downstream of everything else.
How we work
Four commitments we will be held to.
The record is kept as it happens
Development plans, match records and assessments are maintained continuously on our own platform, not assembled the week a club asks. That is the difference between a case and a claim.
Young athletes are handled as young people
For anyone under 18, parents and guardians are part of every conversation, education stays on the table, and no approach is made without agreement. Their data is held to the same standard.
Small roster, real attention
We would rather represent a handful of athletes properly than list a hundred and answer none of them. If we take you on, you have someone accountable by name.
Who we work with
Four groups, one relationship each.
- Athletes — footballers weighing a move, a trial, a contract or a country, and those who need a plan before any of that is realistic.
- Coaches — coaches seeking placement, licence progression, or a route into an academy or federation role.
- Clubs and academies — recruitment support, and access to a documented pool rather than a folder of clips.
- Brands — partnership and activation work in football, delivered with Forwardzone's network behind it.
